Reduced Cost Pet Sterilization

Qualifications

For those who are not part of a needs-based public assistance program but are suffering a hardship, SNIP offers reduced sterilization procedures.

To qualify for the cost program, clients must have a Texas-issued identification and a referral from a SNIP affiliated organization or a hardship explanation.

The requester shall be responsible to pay an agreed upon portion of the surgery based on need.

Applying to Our Programs:

  1. Take a picture or make a copy of your Texas-issued identification and proof of enrollment in needs-based public assistance or referral from partnering organization
  2. Include an address, phone number and email address that you can be reached. Email information to nancy@pearlandsnip.org or mail to 314 Rustic Lane Friendswood, TX 77581
  3. Upon approval, spay-neuter vouchers are sent via email or mail pending on requester preference.
  4. Requester makes appointment directly with veterinarian indicated on the voucher.
  5. On the day of the surgery, you must bring your voucher and submit it to the veterinarian.
  6. Vouchers are good for only 90 days after issue.

* At the sole discretion, SNIP reserves the right to determine those who is eligible or ineligible for free or reduced cost sterilization procedures.
